Who NotchRx is for

Built for one location, or a thousand.

The design principle is simple: a pharmacist running a single location should have compliance taken care of for them, so they can worry about patient care instead of SOP management. That has to hold whether the pharmacy stands on its own or is one of a thousand.

The independent pharmacy

One location, nobody above it, and usually one person who owns compliance alongside everything else they do.

  • Set the pharmacy up in a single form: industry, name, and address. The access code is generated immediately so you can invite your team.
  • Adopt policies from the NotchRx library rather than writing them from a blank page.
  • Your own licenses, your team's licenses, and the permits the building holds, on one page.
  • You see and resolve your own OIG screenings. Nobody else is deciding for you.

The large organization

Ten locations or a thousand. A central team that has to know what every location is working from, without asking each of them.

  • Write a policy once and lock it, and it appears in every location's library with that location's own details filled in.
  • Publish v2 and it replaces v1 everywhere, carrying forward the answers each pharmacy already filled in.
  • Set the reminder cadence once for every location you own rather than at each one.
  • Read a rollup across the whole estate, then open the one location that is behind.
  • Verify credentials centrally if you would rather your locations did not, and the location's page says the organization handles this rather than looking broken.

Who uses it day to day

Different jobs, and one place they meet.

Compliance and regulatory leaders

The person who has to answer what every location is working from, and prove it. Version history, acknowledgments by version, and screening determinations kept with who made them.

Operations leaders

Recurring work made visible: opening routines, store audits, seasonal workflows, and the corrective work that follows an audit.

Licensing and credentialing owners

The spreadsheet, replaced by a list ordered by consequence, with reminders that reach the right person before something lapses.

Training and education leaders

Assignment and completion visibility, connected to the license cycle the education actually serves.

HR and learning teams

A pharmacy-specific layer beside the systems you already run, rather than another general-purpose platform asked to understand a board of pharmacy.

Executives and IT

One place to read organization-wide compliance, and a system that coexists with your existing HR, LMS, and document platforms rather than demanding they be replaced.

Beyond pharmacy

NotchRx is built pharmacy-first, and the language on every screen is pharmacy language. The underlying model is not pharmacy-only: dental offices, medical practices, and other regulated operations have the same shape of problem. We would rather be genuinely good at one industry first than shallowly applicable to all of them.

Tell us how your organization is shaped.

Centralized, decentralized, franchised, or somewhere in between. The way NotchRx is built came out of those conversations, and it is still the best way to start one.
